Event Details
Our certified yoga teacher leads us in an adapted version of yoga for those who find a typical session too challenging. Postures and breathing exercises are practiced with the aid of a chair to draw awareness to alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. All are welcome to this class.
