The Women Who Measured The Stars

In the 19^th and 20^th Century Women Astronomers of the Harvard College Observatory calculated the distances, temperatures and composition of the stars. Historian Rebecca Tulloch introduces us to three of these remarkable women who demonstrated that women could earn college degrees and achieve scientific accomplishments.  She will bring a vintage telescope to allow us to view the stars.
