Join us for a gentle and grounding Unity Breath Meditation, a one-hour guided experience designed to bring the community together through conscious breathing, relaxation, and mindful connection.
This accessible meditation uses simple breath techniques to calm the nervous system, release stress, and create a sense of inner balance and unity. No prior meditation or breathwork experience is necessary—this session is open to all ages and abilities.
Participants will be guided through intentional breathing, moments of stillness, and reflective awareness, leaving feeling centered, refreshed, and reconnected.
