Rick Gering from the Naperville Astronomical Association will discuss viewing this upcoming rare event.  He will talk about eclipse science and geometry; how to observe an eclipse safely; things to watch for during the partial and total phases of an eclipse; and how to successfully photograph an eclipse. Attendees will receive free eclipse glasses, compliments of STAR Library Network.  Registration required.
