Event Details

’Chicago History in Song’ covers the city's history from its Potawatomi origins through its growth as one of the nation's jazz centers. Events included are the great Chicago fire, the Columbian Exposition, the 1915 Eastland Disaster, and Bathhouse John Coughlin. John and Kathryn Atwood, The History Singers, combine their dual passions for music and American history in this program including slides, narration, and music. Registration required.
