Caring for Keepsakes

Ellie Carlson is a museum curator with over 35 years experience.  She discusses the care of historic objects which are stored in the home, instructing participants in adapting museum storage techniques to home use. The care of photographs, papers, textiles, and furniture will all be discussed.  Samples of archival supplies are available to all participants. Attendees are encouraged to bring items for discussion. This is not an appraisal opportunity. Care of stored collections is the focus of this presentation. Registration required
